Trouble Ticket - Support System Failures - Help Requests

I filed a trouble ticket in the support system - because of being unable to download the excel file for the meeroo genetics. A CSR contacted me - He determined that there was a coding error - after having reset my secret code that connects my account to my forum ID. He said he would leave a message for the coder. BUT here's the problem - I can not login to support now to view my trouble ticket as my secret key code for my account here no longer works. My user account and forum account are no longer tied together and the code I have which was working ( all except the excel download part ) no longer works at all. The only way I have of knowing what is going on is if they contact me direct by IM or email to my email account because I cant read anything written in the support system. Seems to me that this support ticket system needs to be simplified and as it is.. seems prone to failures. In the mean time how does one contact someone for support if the support system fails?
