I don't know too much about what all was given to those that were in the beta or that pre-ordered. All I knew about was some necklace or something that others that joined the actual release date asked about. But this Clover.. the first "Limited Edition" extended only to beta players, was the biggest slap-in-the-face from the world of Meeroos to date.

There's nothing wrong with the Meeroo itself. Hell, I'm all for those who tested for the Meeroos! I'm not even angry in the fact that I didn't get one! My only issue with it was the timing.

IMO, the clover meeroo should've been released on launch to Beta testers. Receiving it almost several weeks in only adds even a bigger discouragement to those that were unable to join the beta, and had to wait for the actual release. Now those that joined normally will have to deal with several weeks of people putting these beta roos up on bidboards for ridiculous amounts of linden.

Once again, I'm really excited for you guys that got one! I'm sure the people upstairs worked their behinds off to put them together.. but the timing of the release only dwindled my interests in Meeroos and the market a touch. Those beta kids are spoiled. :P

P.S - If you beta players aren't armed and ready to bash in this thread, can you let me know how you guys got into the beta in the first place? I've been online plenty and I never even heard about these until the release. How'd you guys find out about it? Advertisements? If so, where?
