I have noticed many people in the chats with complaints that the drop down-menus do not address their specific issues, or if they do, the use of a drop-down menu provides too short and too vague an explanation of how they should submit their issue for support and they become frustrated.
The support system really should have been in place in Beta to work some of the kinks out. I feel it may be helpful if the system used radio buttons instead. A radio button can offer a more detailed explanation of what each selection will address and could also offer some tips that you might try to resolve your issue before you submit a ticket. An upside bonus is that text next to a radio button can be easily translated into other languages via the web browser whereas text in a drop-down menu cannot.
