I know I have seen people give many thanks to CSR's but here's another, because I was really really impressed - especially today - with the customer service that was received.
While me and my husband were upset due to some missing meeroo's - 3 in total - Lizzy (I think that's her name, pretty positive) - came in and helped us. In the process of "fixing" what had happened, another problem occured and she was still there to help. She stayed with us until the problem was completely fixed, so we applaud her.

I know that in the past I've dealt with some CSR's, all being tremendously helpful - and they do an amazing job!

The world of meeroo's would not be the same without an awesome staff to back them up.
