I just wanted to take a minute to thank the small but mighty team of CSRs. I have watched you answer the same questions over and over and never lose your patience.

I personally have had the pleasure of working with a few of you one on one with various problems and your patience and efficiency is greatly appreciated. While I am sure you are swamped beyond belief, you still manage to take care of the customers.
