I just wanted to write this to give a pat on the back to the CSR's and staff that had to help me tonight with the issue I had, and delt with SL issues tonight.

I was impressed that with how nice the staff was and how fast my issue was taken care of.

Anyone company in SL can have issues, it makes me feel confident knowing that there is such good ppl on hand for when issues do happen. Cause of my college schedule I didn't know if I'd be able thank you all in SL, and wanted to post this to say thank you to you all for helping me and everyone else that had issues last few days.
