So, basically, me and my friend were at Roo "minding our own business" (a tribute to Meeroos Resident) when someone, dressed as a giant meeroo-thing, came to us and started following us around.
In the end, he mentioned he was a helper @Roo.
We found it a bit surprising since there was nothing mentioned about it in his profile. No meeroo related group is also on his groups list, what I found intriguing...
When we left, he started following another customer. Then, when we came back a bit later, he was there yet again, talking to another customer again.
He said once more he is there to help customers whenever he can...

A question came to my mind at that point ... :
HOW can we recognize a member of the staff ?

Of course, there are hints :
- We heard of them before (website, ...),
- they are in meeroos related groups,
...

But what if a dood, whoever it is, wanted to scam people, pretending he is a staff member ? How could we recognize him ?

I therefore will suggest that a trustable staff list is available somewhere on the website so that everyone feels secure with who they are talking to @Roo.

BTW, are there any helpers at Roo ? I saw Moxie and heard about Yukio coming regularly around, but are there any official helpers hired by Malevay ?
