This is a place for the community to ask questions. We will read these once a week and respond in the FAQ Answers Thread that only staff can post in but everyone can read.
You asked a question then locked the thread.
I was not referring to auto-petters.
My issue is with the unreliable communications protocol used between in-world objects and the central database.
Occasionally, for any of a number of reasons, information generated in-world fails to make it to the central database.
You've already recognized some of this by highlighting Meeroos which have not been heard from in a few hours. They could be lost, yes, but most likely it's just a communication failure and will correct itself in a few more hours.

Catherine for the peace of mind of all Meeroo owners please answer these simple questions YES or NO
Catherine could I please have a specific YES or NO answer to each question and not link to a previous answer. Apart from anything else it will be faster for you to answer and for forum readers to read. Thank you.
You said Malevay Studios were working closely with Linden Labs to resolve the "exploit/hack/bug" (whatever the correct term is) in the SL system (again whatever the correct term is)that allowed hackers to rez and place the fake vendors on Roo.
Question 1 - Has Malevay Studios been told by Linden Labs that the "exploit/hack/bug" has been fixed - YES or NO ?
Dear Catherine, Tiger and Team Could you please responded clearly to the following rumours and statments currently being disscussed in world.
1/ Personal Regards are going to be re-set and or wiped from players who use the auto petters
2/ Once you reach level 25 it doesnt matter what your regard is the benefits are the same for everyone on level 25.
Looking over the recent "update" post i'm am curious as to what the expectations of this new expansion will bring.
I know in the current state of the game individuals who participated in the chest lottery got a head start in breeding highly desirable traits and coats, thus putting them at the top of the food chain in the meeroo secondary market.
Hey guys,
I know this has been a topic discussed and has already had answers towards it but I and I'm sure everyone else is somewhat confused still. I have read some posts that have somewhat contradicted themselves as answers to if the petters are legal to use or not. More so I think that the "tampering" phrase is in question.
Is there an avvie that we can report abuse etc to from the roo sim?
apparently there are some really cool avvies that think its their given right to spam stalk and harrass others when all us regular users want to do is buy things "at roo" like..
things to keep our roos going!!!!
its getting a bit too much when this happens and i think we need a "safety cop" avvy to file reports to. unless ll can/could act in a quicker way, i'd go to them.
can malevay get something like this going to keep us safe or well the abusers safe?
From Catherines post about food prices:
**Our food is comparable to all of other similar games, and in some cases cheaper.
In most cases your food is more expensive.
ANSWER: That is an incorrect statement. We did plenty of comparisons and when to you take everything into consideration, we always come up relatively the same or slightly cheaper.>
**We sell no tiered food products that provide stat bonuses.
All these products are a service the other breedable give to the breeders, you can buy it but you DO NOT have to.
For those who do not know better, all delivery failure tickets are automatically assigned by the system to Meeroo Resident by default as this is who you pay for products and this is the account that holds all sale transaction information.
I can't put a number on how many people have access to this account due to it holding all the companies profits, so I can understand the csr response time on these matters to be significantly longer. I can appreciate they are trying their best, but at the same time this should have been planned for.
the last post from her was july 20th and i try to pop in and check every now and then, but i think she is still stuck on learning how to cook?

Exactly as the topic says... How backed up is support at the moment?
I do understand that things always get busier when there is a release of new items, so I am trying to have patience. However, I put in a support ticket for a failed item delivery and it's been in "assigned" status for almost 60 hours now. That is 2 1/2 days going on three.
