I am curious about the sleep cycle of the upcoming Nocturnals.

An SL "Day-cycle" is 6 hours I believe, of which one hour is night - the time when our current Meeroos sleep.

Will the Nocturnals be awake ONLY that one hour of night?

And what about the possible hybrids? Will they sleep at all?

I had a room-mate that rarely slept, and while it was great to wake up and find the bathrooms sparkly clean and all the cereal alphabetized, it did make him crazy after a while ;)

I have one Mee-Pet..are they supposed to be 'stiff legged' when moving about? He seems to just sorta 'glide' around..he doesn't walk like the regulars.

Two days ago, I awoke to find a nest. The nest has a title above it, it is, (one of my males roos name then a heart then the name awaiting then another heart). I have no female named awaiting and this nest does not act like any other nest I have seen before. I can not click on it and get the blue coaxing menu or can I get an ID# for the nest. Has anyone had this happen before and are there any suggestions as to what I should do with this nest? Thank you for your time and help.

I know for many the promise of new genetics or the expansion have been whats keeping them going. While no one wants to be hand fed new coats, it would be nice to have them injected to kick some life into the game. Im sure even those still working on their coats would love the idea of two reds popping out . But it would give a bit of spark for people sort of hanging on until the date yet to be released second chapter.

When the new expancion comes, will there be any kind of possibilities for those with x million regards to pull out the coats and possibly new traits right from the chest or is it now 100% totally borked so they and the rest of us mere mortals will get nice starters coats and no traits?

And will the cap on regard to even out the playingfield that Catherine talked about happen before or after the release of the new expansion? Or has that idea now been scrapped?

Recently I noticed that the tome has a new tail and a new ear? Has anyone found these two additional traits yet?

What happens when your sim is down and you are waiting on nests? do they get made and recorded as made when the sim gets restarted? Or does the creation time jump back on the database to the time the nest should have been made?

Excited!!!

The halloween picture comp format seems to have gone down well amongst the roo followers. There has been no drama and it does seem a very fair way of doing things.
Please could we have more events like this? It does seem to bring the community togehter, provides us with an outlet and a chance to win some cool prizes.
Ideas for prizes, regard store items, limited edition versions of promo items that are not sold, sculptures etc...

How about it?

Has the genetics update gone live yet? Will we be told when it happens? It's just that the tome has no additional slots yet, so I'm guessing it hasnt happened yet.
Could you give us a clue as to when it might happen?
