Hi,

I am back to SL after a long, long break and have just found out about these adorable Meeroos.

If I wisth to start breeding, can anyone please give me a suggestion what pair to start with?
As far as I have found out some pairs do not match with eachother and vice versa.

If I buy a starter package with 2 Meeroos, can those two breed?

I also noticed there are different foods for them. What is the best to use?

Several times, I've made comments about a "perfect family tree".

I have created an example which shows this perfect tree up to a Generation 6 Nest, and shows the odds of a given starter's trait appearing.

The full odds assume no knowledge of the ancestral traits. Of course, at leave for Visible Traits, those traits are well known. I included two examples which show how knowing one ancestor's traits skew the odds.

I feel really weird making a new thread for this- I'm trying to create a coat chart using images from the tome (rather than inconsistent snapshots) ... and I'm missing quite a few. ;_; It'll be a full perm thing, I just kind of wanted some... consistency.

I was wondering if there was any chance you fabulous Meeroo-y folks would help me out here?

This is mainly my impressions. We've had some success with these, but I've not done extensive research to be sure it's not somehow influenced by our behaviors. This seems to effect mutation a bit more than it effects genetics.

Meeroo Regard Sweet Spots:

Males: 100% Comfort, 400 to 600 Regard
Females: 100% Comfort, 400 to 600 Regard

The partner whose trait one wants to 'push' should have more Meeroo Regard than the other partner. Remember, you won't see any effect if the male has the trait until you breed is daughters to create grandchildren.

I've been told it's blue/indigo.

I am finding that consistenly the last nest is a very common roo. If the couple is notched and has been throwing those all 9, 10 or 11 times previously.. not on the last. If the couple is a canine and has been throwing straight felines/canines.. last nest? nada. If they have been throwing ambers, cinders, caledonians, snowpaws, then the last nest is an autumn or a red, or if they were truly awesome roos.. they might squeeze out an ursine to lessen the spite of hahaha.. made you feed me for 5 more days instead of a fawn or a wine.

I'd like to know I can leap past the Snowpaw and the Loch without have to reinvest more into buying a koi or anything else.

I've spent my budget ok, more than I should have on these and frankly am stopping spending anymore and not on the expansion either; most of my budget hereon is going to go to both my land tiers and my building requirements.

But do show me this is possible without 2 months of waiting ?

I think I've gotten the medicine pouch before I dont recall. Definitely not the cowboy hat until yesterday but I hear some have never gotten it, and some have always had these but nothing special or even new by way of coats.

So curious if anyone received anything "new" after either the cowboy hat or medicine pouch
