Charm just had a nest fail to coax. The CSR claims it was a duplicate and that she (Charm) transferred the nest to someone else. That did NOT happen.

I'm becoming concerned that Malevay is claiming problems due to sim crash/rollback far too often.

I went to the sim where the nest was obtained. It has NOT reset recently, and there are NO other duplicates anywhere there.

The error MUST have occurred after 22:00 last night since the sequence number is greater than last night's number at that time.

do you guys name your roos with the first letter of their personalities? that's what i've been doing and i'm getting tired of it.

can you give me any suggestions on how to better keep track of my babies?

like a system to keep track of gens?

i'm pretty much breeding all my roos from one starter set. although here and there i have some new blood put in. i'm getting so tired of having to check info on the site because i keep forgetting which roo is from whom and who is a pure relative etc.

I'm seeing enough comments about long runs that I'm becoming concerned that you should be re-seeding the random number generator more often. My rough estimate based upon nest production rates, alone, is that the frand() function overflows it's effective range within less than a day.

As a result, I suggest randomness would be improved by re-seeding at least twice per day.

I'm shaking as i type here so sorry for typos. 3 weeks ago i invested 32000 in highlands to help pay for our clan land. Last week i barely got 1500 each. Should've been a red flag. But i sold everything i had to get a loch for 26000 and my friend invested 36000 this weekend for a mate snowpaw. I put everything on the line cuz snowpaws were still high dollar. This morning i wandered bid blocks and saw the same snowpaw for 18000...then 10000. Then at a live auction 10000 again. By the time i get home this evening it'll probably be 5000. Needless to say i have lost my clan and home on SL.

I dont expect that Malevay changes anything, after all what happened with the food vendors and the exploits there has to be some kind of protection so those things cant happen again.

But I wonder if its really necessary to lock out all no-payment info players (even old accounts) and not even offer the Dryads on marketplace?

I just logged on thinking I'll get the alternate link from past notices in the Silent group. The last notice said "Almost there" so I had to get the link from the noisy group (had to rejoin). Initially I thought that meant Roo was still down until I looked at my clock and realised it couldn't be.

In any case, both regions are full so I may be giving up on the dryads.

I just wanted to put this out there. I wanted to thank the hardworking CSRs that keep things somewhat normal for all of us! I had a lovely nest eaten by SL and they quickly responded and gave me my baby back ^^ in teh same day! So thanks guys! <3
