My two bobs worth

Greetings and salutations to everyone in the community. I generally don't post on forums and prefer to stay out of all the "Sensationalism" when things go awry.
I have been sitting back watching all the drama unfold for a few days now, sometimes i laughed other times i got frustrated, and for the most part i spent my time keeping a watchful eye over mine and my partners Roo's, giving them plenty of hugs, smiles.

It is really awesome that the food is up in the marketplace. It's a bit cumbersome to buy multiple copies of the food that way though. I think part of the big bog down for the marketplace was so many individual bowls being ordered and delivered all at once. You can cut down wear and tear at both ends by offering a "large pack of bowls" say 10 or 20 of any given size bowl as a single item.

Tiger ears.

So far, I've got to say, that I LOVE the tiger ears. I'd kill for such a cute pair of ears on my roos.

I think my dream roo would have to be a zulu, with tiger ears and bushy tail, either that or a snowpaw with tiger ears and bushy tail :P

My mom wants a azure, but I'm not too fond of it for some odd reason.

What's your dream roo? :)

Meeroo Genetics

For those who have breeding questions, I've posted a full explanation of my current theories on the Genetics Forum.

It will help matters long if Genetics questions are posted over in the Genetics forum.

Koi baby - finally!

Quite some time ago a friend gave me one of her koi's. I was delighted and bred her with every compatible male I had but got no kois after many, many matings. I did keep the offspring anyway (all very plain) and today was finally able to breed the koi with one of her grandsons and got my first koi baby!

Just wanted to share my excitement and to pass on the info for others in a similar situation with just one rare and not able to get a matching mate for her.

TY for getting things in order again. Kudos. In light of the past several days we need a few questions to be fully addressed by catherine or levio. Pls, do not try and answer with your best guess in an attempt to help. This needs to be officially addressed. Add any other questions you feelshould be added to the list. TYVM.

Blessings in disguise.

Taken for Catherine's latest blog: http://www.worldofmeeroos.com/index.php?q=node/3778

"A positive side effect of this situation was that rare meeroos actually became more rare because the numbers resulting from the starter pack "lottery" - which was not intended gameplay - were greatly reduced in this instance as a result of removing exploitative players."

Despite everything that happened in the last 5 days or so, it was worth it just cause of this. On top of that, food and homes on marketplace.

PIOF

I have loved being part of this community and I think meeroos is one of the best things that has happened to SL in a very long time.

But on monday when all my fellowship friends are back so I can pass my meeroos to them I will give up my meeroos.

I fully understand the measure taken by Malevay, and I realize this is a temporary solution to protect customers and the company.
