Good morning -
I am trying to resolve an issue that has been on going for over a month now and has brought no resolution even though several solutions and answers have been brought forward from the party involved. However there is still no reply other than a few scattered answers here and there. I have tried to make in-world contact with no success. It would be deeply appreciated if this issue would be addressed and resolved one way or another. Thank you in advance for reading this feedback notice

I thought discussion on the Forums was generally good today. But, still, I see complaints about bad behavior. Not only from players, but Catherine in her latest blog post.
So, I will borrow from an ex-employer, put on an old-crone avatar and ask:
Where's the Beef?
I just re-read every post and every response having anything to do with the Stones over the past two days. Yes, I see some complaints about poor communication. And, yes, I see a couple which were a bit harshly worked.
I'm an unfortunate victim of the bug that sends meeroos into my inventory when I try to snuggle them. Usually I can dig them out of objects or lost and found and rerez them, but this time one vanished completely. My ticket to get her returned was taken care of within a few hours and I'm really pleased she didn't come back any worse for the wear other than missing her last few pets. Thank you!

First off, I want to say Thanks to all of you for your well thought out and informative posts. Not only did they gave me insight to new strategies, but a lot more understanding on what the Roos are all about(I'm still learning of course). Some of the posts were positive and some were not so positive, but, very good valid points were made and I used bits and pieces of those to get the results I was looking for with the Roos. They were some key people that really hit the nail here and the results are finally showing from the info gathered:

I've had Meeroos since open beta. I used to post quite often in the forums, mostly about breeding techniques, but I got tired of being ridiculed by a few people, so I don't post much very often.

I am really dissapointed once again about how the stones were rewarded.
I was not aware that the first person who got it, would get such an insane amount of money! The only thing i know it that it was told the persom would get a reward if they send in a screenshot as first person.
You have rewards..and REWARDS o.O
I am really happy for the lucky winner.
But really? This unfair to the rest of the world again?
YOU as company know that there is always a sleeping time somewhere. This is the how many times that europe fell outa the boat?? Exactly.

Your decision to pull back and concentrate on your core product line is wise. Companies often run into problems when they attempt to grow their products too quickly. It's very common in business to find oneself in the position of having to set aside, at least temporarily, plans for new products.
