Chiiirp! Birrrt! Purrrrrrrr!
It was brought up today in chat by someone that use of pictures (that the person themselves took) of the meeroos in works (signs showcasing a certian part or trait of the meeroo that are sold such as in those little trait signs that are used at sale areas) signs and advertisements for the "ranch" of the breeder or the sale of an individual animal(such as at sales locations or on the marketplace) may or may not be copyright infringement. And it is something worth pondering.

Please. could people stop using this forum and/or the group inworld as base for group invitations to other meeroo groups.
And of course, I am looking forward to the meeroos going live too, and thank you to the creators for their hard work.
Mimesis

Well i have been thinking about a few sugjestions, one of them was about Meeroo holliday versions, here's what i came up with.
---------------------------------------------------------
St. Patricksday Meeroo : A green meeroo with a four-leave clover on it's hip
Valentine's day Meeroo : a pink coated meeroo with two red hearts on it's hip
Christmas Meeroo : a random looking meeroo with a white and red striped fluff around it's neck

I've got an issue with the way various updates are titled as the messages are sent out. A BIG one!
I'm not always 'inworld' when all of these lovely nuggets of info are sent out. So I must then go digging in the 'notices' of the group. I am DYSLEXIC. VERY DYSLEXIC at times. I have a very ROUGH time some days just reading my name on a piece of paper.
If the updates are NOT labeled clearly I cannot always 'find' the darned things. SO I missed the last update. I couldn't FIND the darned thing in notices because it was NOT labeled cleary that it was a stump update.

A quick suggestion for later on once the Meeroo's get under way in earnest. How about making a full furry avatar version of the roo? I'm sure that would appeal to a lot of folks.

I'd like to make a suggestion that the forums be not so clustered. It's a bit hard on my eyes and everything seems jumbled. I was wondering if the forums could be changed to be more "spread out" or "spaced out" if you will. I think it would be better for everyone (though not all may have a problem with it) and a more appealing look over all.
*no disrespect intended*

Here's a thought that just popped into my head that I think actually fits with the philosophy of the game.
It's be cool if Meeroos could have sexual orientation as a trait.
Bisexual meeroos obviously could mate with either gender.
Homosexuals only with the same gender.
Same gender matings would result in gaining Regard .. perhaps a bit MORE than heterosexual matings who would also get the nest but obviously no nest for same-sex pairs.

I have a few 64m sky spheres available for the breeding of meeroos for those that don't have a parcel of their own. This is intended as a breeding area rental and not a living area rental. Lower traffic selling allowed on site. Security Orb allowed as long as I and manager are added at 75m from center. 1 day arrears grace. Must stay within prim limits and adult appropriate behavior is expected. Sim covenant needs to be followed (it's a fairly easy one).
Access to ground level nature areas and owners meeroo areas.
