Just wanted to drop Thanks to Masquerade and Shadow, they always have been very fast, professional and friendly when resolving my issues, and they always check back with me after to make sure all was ok.

I honestly can't ask for better service, CSR's are great and fast when comes to take care of our very loved roos.

I had a roo go missing and submitted a ticket yesterday. Wasn't even an hour before I received an IM from Masquerade Ball telling me she had returned my missing roo and even posting me the link to the stump she had returned her too (much appreciated as I have around 30 homes lol).

Once again, I must commend Masquerade for her prompt, friendly, courteous and amazing service. :)

Just to say that I am wearing a witch dress and hat with my Meeroo broomstick and getting compliments on the costume in world. It's also fun to fly around on. =)

Once I figured out that I should hit the FLY button haha. Until then I kept wondering why I was creeping along so slowly!

I encourage others to buy it if they think they want it at all since in a few days it won't be for sale at Roo any more. And it's really cute and resizeable. I got the one with the black coat meeroo on it.

I might've gotten the winecoat too for a spare I don't know. Lol

I think trait passing should be turned up a notch when it comes to ears, tails, heads, and hair. Reason for me saying this is because most players don't utilize it overall an it gets washed down an ignored lots of times. You may see it here an there. For the cost of time sake it can be adjusted to help more variety in the system as a whole. Of course its possible but time wise I don't find it worthwhile.

I know lots of people like to complain and dont always compliment. I just wanted to thank the CSR that helped me, Kenziek. Very patiently helping me when I had access issues (all my fault).If all of your CSRs are this wonderful, then I must applaud you for providing us their services. Thank you again Kenziek.

I filed a ticket about a missing meeroo, and less than 10 min later, I had my roo back! We have only had to file tickets a few times, but we have always had Great Customer Service! I just wanted to say thank you to Masquerade Ball, for helping us! And doing so in such a timely fashion!!

Catherine's claim of no religious undertone is both true and untrue. It's true in that she did not intentionally set out with a particular secular attitude. It's untrue because all such stories ultimately tell the same struggle between opposing moral systems. It's also untrue because it's almost impossible not to let one's upbringing, social norms, and personal philosophies effect such stories. This is not to say she's actually wrong; but that she had some pre-existing ideas which color both her writing and her opinion of it's deeper meanings.
