Anyone having a problem creating a ticket or contacting a CSR?

Okay so I don't know if you guys are still taking Ideas on how to make things easier. But if so here's a few things I suggest.

1. Make the Treasure timer longer then 10Mins. I found my self busy with a customer or afk and when I see it pop up I try to get there asap but sometimes I'll get there and when rezzing in, it poofs.. Yes I do know this could give some people unfair advantages but (depending on who reads and comments) we can see what others think.

Ok so my MeeRoos are not digging up anything. I have had them 3 days now and not one item.
Am I doing something wrong?

Can we have a spreadsheet option so we are able to see the meeroo stats to make comparison with out haing to have to webwindows open or a thoussnd and one notecards or index cards about. Since the database for the stats is redeily available. I would love to be able to export my babies info a spreadsheet. Also i know from in world you can access you own page from the green gem on the hud but can we have a button that takes us to our meerro information page.

If this is possible I think it will help many.

In market mode do they still breed? Also I can't get my meeroo to stay in a display I got. He keeps falling back to the ground? I have re-rezzed him in all. Any ideas ??

Hi I have 2 meeroos that are saying they are not compatible, one is male friendly and the female is lazy. Now from all the charts I have seen they should be compatible? I have tried to re-rezz them in all with no luck of them liking each other. Anyone have any ideas on this issue?

I've contacted customer service and filed a ticket claim here on failed delivery of my Meeroos. Does anyone know how long this process is before they redeliver the trunk?

A friend of mine considers having a mee-pet as her rl circumstances don't allow her to participate in the breeding game. My questions are:

- If she buys a nest, coaxes it and then applies for mee-pet transformation, will that baby ever grow?

- If she invests food until it's grown, what happens to the regard the meeroo has gained when transformed?

This is especially interesting to know because I consider rasing a roo for her and then having it transformed when it's grown and give it to her. Will I get the regard of that meeroo then?
